Packaging and shipping label
We aim to ship orders in plain outer packaging. Required carrier and return-address information will still appear on the shipping label. International shipments may require customs information according to destination-country rules.
Owner confirmation is still required for the exact outer-package appearance, sender/return name, external product-name visibility, billing descriptor, and international customs wording before making stronger discreet-shipping promises.
Shipping costs and destinations
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout after the customer enters a shipping address. Current flat-rate shipping options are:

Order processing
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1 business day after payment is received, excluding weekends, holidays and circumstances that require order review.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local restrictions or delivery requirements that apply in their country. Customs processing can delay delivery.
Delayed or missing orders
If your tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or if your package appears delayed or missing, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment information.
Discreet shipping
Orders are shipped in a plain envelope with no brand name on the return address. For international shipments, no customs declarations are included for EU/US destinations and there is no mention of the brand or product on the outside of the shipment.
