Personal-care product returns

Because Booty Bleach is an intimate-area personal-care cosmetic, returns may be limited for hygiene and safety reasons. Products should not be returned without prior approval.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us with your order number and photos where relevant so we can review the issue.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are normally processed back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
