Booty Bleach is sold by Green Esthetics. Contact info@bootybleach.com before sending any product back so we can review the order and provide return instructions where applicable.
Policy status
Owner confirmation required: final return window, unopened-item eligibility, hygiene/non-returnable handling for opened intimate-care products, return authorization process, return shipping responsibility, outbound shipping refundability, damaged/incorrect/missing item handling, refund method, processing period, and return address must be confirmed before this policy is treated as final.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact us with your order number and photos where helpful so we can review the issue.
Refund handling
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by the payment processor. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund after it is processed.
Returns and refunds
We accept returns of unopened bottles within 30 days of delivery. For refunds, the buyer pays return shipping, and the original shipping cost is not refunded. Alternatively, we will mail a replacement bottle at our expense.
